Refund policy

1. Made-to-Order Products (No General Returns)

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and sizing information before placing an order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To submit a claim:

  • Contact us at contact@azealter.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photos showing the issue

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will, at our discretion:

  • Issue a full refund, or
  • Provide store credit equal to the purchase amount, or
  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address:

  • We may offer reshipment once the correct address is confirmed
  • Additional shipping fees may apply

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed shortly after being placed. Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has begun.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
